I can accommodate indoor and outdoor dining. Including apartments, condos, venues, hotels, boats, clubs, business offices, schools, garages and wear-houses

I also provide all necessary plates, napkins and tables for cooking, preparation, and serving, ensuring a seamless dining experience

During the fall, winter, and rainy days, I offer a tailored indoor experience in any room of your home, office or venue

In the event of rain or snow, please provide a covered area

COOK & SERVE

• INDOOR: Dining & Cooking: My ovens are positioned beneath a kitchen-vented hood system. Garage setups are only suitable in calm weather, as strong wind creates a funnel effect and pushes rain or snow inside. The garage doors must remain open for ventilation. For venues, a minimum ceiling height of 50 feet with continuous air circulation

• OUTDOOR: Dining & Cooking: Experience full pizza preparation and cooking outdoors

• BOTH: Indoor Dining & Outdoor Cooking: Enjoy the best of both worlds with indoor dining and outdoor pizza cooking for a unique and versatile experience

TIMING & FLOW

Start time will align with the scheduled guest arrival, I arrive 1 hour prior

I understand that guests may arrive late, or you might prefer to enjoy appetizers, drinks, and socializing beforehand

A 30-minute to 1-hour courtesy window is provided, after which cooking will began

Service includes 1 - 3 hours, with additional time at $150 per hour
