SETUP

DOUGHPE® adapts to a wide range of environments. Whether indoors, outdoors, or a combination of both, each setup is carefully planned to ensure proper ventilation, safety, and a seamless experience

INDOOR

Clean, compact, and thoughtfully arranged. Indoor setups are suitable only when proper ventilation is available. Cooking and preparation are performed indoors under the following conditions:

Homes: Ovens are placed beneath a kitchen exhaust fan, near an exterior door or window, or inside a garage

Venues: Ovens are positioned beneath a kitchen exhaust fan, near an exterior exit door or window, or in spaces with high ceilings of at least 30 feet to allow proper airflow

OUTDOOR

Experience full pizza preparation, dining and cooking outdoors

• In the event of rain or snow, a covered area is required

• Temperatures below 30°F require indoor cooking

BOTH

When events flow between spaces, DOUGHPE® adapts accordingly

• Ideal for guest comfort during hot summer days or cold winter weather

• Cooking and preparation take place outdoors

• Dining and serving are arranged indoors

TIMING & FLOW

Start time aligns with scheduled guest arrival. I arrive 1 hour prior to guests for setup. A 30-minute to 1-hour courtesy window is provided before cooking begins once guests are settled. Service includes 1 to 3 hours, with additional time available at $150 per hour. Plates, napkins, and tables for cooking, preparation, and serving are provided. A covered area is required in the event of rain or snow
